You may open, try, and use the product during the 30-day period. It does not need to be unused or unopened to qualify for a return.

To be eligible:

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Product must not be intentionally damaged or excessively misused

  • Please include original accessories and components when possible

  • Proof of purchase may be required

To start a return, contact us through our support page or email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your NuFemme arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards and items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
